Job SummaryThe Intelligence Lead Analyst is a global role under the Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) Intelligence Anchor. This position reports directly to the CSIS Director of Insider Threat and Investigative Intelligence and is a subject matter expert in internal investigations, insider risks, and intelligence collection and associated data analytics.Business descriptionCiti Security and Investigative Services' (CSIS) mission is to serve Citi and our clients by protecting their assets and reputation as the industry-leading provider of security, investigations, and intelligence. Our most impactful achievements have one crucial feature in common: Colleagues who embrace our three Citi Leadership Principles:We Take Ownership – We challenge one another to a higher standard in everything we do.We Deliver with Pride – We strive for client excellence, controls excellence and operational excellence.We Succeed Together – We value and learn from different perspectives to surpass stakeholder expectations.A little bit about the role: The Insider Threat & Investigative Intelligence programs within the CSIS Intelligence anchor specifically bring together investigative intelligence and insiderthreatcapabilities to deliver data-driven analysis thatidentifiesand assesses fraud, misconduct, cyber,counterintelligenceand insider-related threats, using investigative insights and analytics to drive targeted mitigation strategies across Citi.Key ResponsibilitiesIntelligence Production: Produce investigative intelligence and insider threat analyses, to include ensuring comprehensive post-investigation analysis is conducted to identify root causes, systemic gaps, and lessons learned, as well as driving the integration of analytical findings into preventive controls, program enhancements, and long-term mitigation strategies.Insider Threat Program: Understand insider risk taxonomies within the organization, including changes to the threat landscape resulting from emerging technologies, geopolitical and sociopolitical factors, and other organizational changes, and support the development of a program that drives prevention, detection, and remediation of insider threats.Stakeholder and Industry Engagement: Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders effectively and participate in industry groups and benchmarking activities to facilitate information-sharing and build a dynamic and agile program.QualificationsRequiredExperience conducting investigative, intelligence, or insider threat functions within a corporate, government, or regulated environment.Demonstrated expertise in conducting and overseeing investigations and delivering meaningful post-investigation analysis.Strong ability to synthesize complex and sensitive information into actionable mitigation strategies and executive-level communications.Experience influencing outcomes through collaboration and credible risk-based insights.Data Analytics.6-10 years of relevant experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.PreferredExposure to or formal training in the intelligence cycle, including collection, analysis, dissemination, and feedback.Prior participation in industry peer groups or intelligence-sharing organizations for benchmarking and best-practice adoption.Knowledge of financial services and/or experience working in the financial sector.Job Family GroupTechnologyJob FamilyInformation SecurityTime TypeFull timePrimary LocationTampa Florida United StatesPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range$113,840.00 - $170,760.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
