Summary
All-Source Analyst (AA) will support the Department of Defense and IC missions in Maryland. AAs are responsible for providing all-source regional/AOR subject matter experts to provides deep, expert knowledge on the strategies, doctrine, capabilities, operations, readiness, leadership and plans of foreign military forces.
What You'll be Owning
- Analyze foreign naval strategies, operational capabilities, organizational structures, leadership, and proficiency.
- Assess foreign navies' future operational intent, strategic plans, and likely courses of action.
- Produce and disseminate finished intelligence products, executive briefings, and RFI responses to meet department production schedules.
- Draft, evaluate, and optimize intelligence collection requirements targeting priority foreign naval entities.
- Analyze foreign naval operations and produce approximatelyfour (4) all-source analytical products per month.
- Conduct detailed technical analysis and historical reconstruction of foreign naval operations and exercises, producing approximatelyone (1) reconstruction product per quarter.
- Evaluate foreign naval strategy, doctrine, and campaign planning, producing approximatelyfour (4) all-source analytical products per month.
- Analyze foreign naval command structures, leadership dynamics, personnel proficiency, and training methodologies, producing approximatelytwo (2) all-source analytical products per month.
What You Must Have
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Minimum 6 years' experience in intelligence analysis.
- Proof of advanced training such as college degree, certifications, or advanced military training school.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
- Skilled at engaging with government stakeholders at all levels.
What Would be Nice to Have
- 10+ years' relevant experience.
- Recent degree, or certification from college, or industry.
- Bachelor's degree in intelligence related field.
