Campus Recruiter | NYC | $130K–$170K Base + Bonus
Our client, a leading investment management firm, is looking to add a Campus Recruiter to its growing team in New York City.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong campus/university recruiting experience who enjoys building relationships with universities, developing early-career talent pipelines, and representing an organization at campus events.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies across target universities
- Build relationships with career centers, student organizations, and university contacts
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of undergraduate talent
- Represent the firm at career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and campus programs
- Plan and execute campus recruiting events and initiatives
- Partner with hiring teams and internal stakeholders on campus hiring needs
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruiting process
- Track recruiting activity, pipelines, and university relationships
- Travel to college campuses during recruiting season
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–10 years of recruiting experience
- Strong campus or university recruiting experience preferred
- Experience managing university relationships and recruiting events
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and polished
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong academic background preferred; 3.5+ GPA preferred
- Financial services experience is a plus, but not required
