The Client

Our client is a well-established General Contracting and Construction Management firm with a growing presence across South Florida, known for delivering high-quality ground-up commercial and institutional projects and building strong client relationships through hands-on field leadership.

The Projects

Ground-up commercial and institutional projects generally ranging from $1M–$5M, including schools, retail buildout, and office buildings throughout South Florida from mobilization through close-out.

The Role

As Project Superintendent, you'll lead daily field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include:

• Managing field operations, subcontractors, and crews to meet quality, schedule, budget, and safety goals
• Developing and maintaining project schedules (Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project)
• Partnering with Project Managers on drawings, submittals, and field conflict resolution
• Documenting daily reports, site logs, and safety meetings (Procore)
• Coordinating inspections, deliveries, and quality control
• Leading weekly OAC and subcontractor meetings
• Maintaining as-built drawings and punch lists

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years as a Superintendent with a GC, overseeing ground-up commercial/institutional projects in the $1M–$5M range
• Strong field coordination, subcontractor management, scheduling, and safety experience
• Proficiency in Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project; ability to read blueprints and specs
• South Florida experience preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license
