About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Director of Admissions & Marketing to provide regional leadership and oversight for the admissions and marketing departments across multiple psychiatric hospitals in Florida.

About the Role

This position will oversee teams located in Port St. Lucie, St. Cloud, and Brooksville, FL, including each facility’s on-site admissions/call center operations and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience within a psychiatric hospital or similar behavioral health setting and a strong understanding of admissions performance, census growth, referral development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional oversight of Admissions, Call Center, and Marketing teams across three psychiatric hospitals.
• Lead, coach, and hold site-level teams accountable for admissions, conversion, census, and marketing goals.
• Monitor call center performance, including lead management, response times, conversion rates, and overall admissions productivity.
• Develop strategies to increase qualified referrals, admissions, and facility census.
• Partner with facility leadership to identify market opportunities and improve referral pipelines.
• Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, metrics, and performance expectations.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage admissions and marketing leadership.
• Ensure consistent admissions processes, customer service standards, and operational best practices across all locations.
• Travel regularly between Florida facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior admissions and marketing leadership experience within a psychiatric hospital or similar behavioral health setting is required.
• Experience overseeing hospital admissions departments and/or behavioral health call centers.
• Proven success managing multiple locations, teams, or markets strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavioral health admissions, referral development, census management, and conversion metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through measurable KPIs and performance goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Must reside in or near Stuart, Orlando, or Tampa and be able to travel between facilities.

Pay range and compensation package
