RN Responsibilities

• Provide care in the school health office
• Assess and treat student illnesses and injuries
• Administer medications Manage chronic medical conditions
• Maintain health documentation
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff
• Provide one-to-one nursing care for medically fragile students

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one nursing care for medically fragile students
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor students throughout the school day
• Support students during transportation when required
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN or LPN License
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Physical completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD documentation
• MMR documentation
• Ability to complete NYC Department of Education fingerprinting (required)
