Our client, a well-respected South Florida General Contractor, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the delivery of large-scale concrete high-rise residential and mixed-use developments throughout Miami.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent with the day-to-day management of field operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is progressing according to schedule
- Support project safety initiatives and maintain OSHA compliance
- Monitor quality control and help resolve field issues
- Assist with inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities
- Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and workforce planning
- Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Consultants
- Maintain project documentation and daily reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor
- Experience on multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, or high-rise projects preferred
- Understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for building and developing a long-term career in field leadership
- Florida construction experience preferred
