POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced field leader who desires to lead complex projects, develop strong Superintendent teams, and take ownership from groundbreaking through turnover?

Florida Construction Connection is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field execution for high-rise residential and hospitality construction.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Lead Superintendents and field teams with clear direction, accountability, and consistent communication.
• Coordinate site logistics, manpower, trade sequencing, and construction activities.
• Work closely with Project Management to maintain schedules, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues.
• Oversee coordination of structural, building envelope, MEP, and interior finish work.
• Set expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and jobsite organization.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and hold trade partners accountable.
• Mentor field leaders and guide projects through inspections, punch work, and turnover.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Proven experience leading ground-up high-rise residential and/or hospitality construction.
• Experience managing multiple Superintendents and coordinating complex trade operations.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and building systems.
• The ability to plan ahead, make sound decisions, and communicate clearly under pressure.
• A record of delivering projects with disciplined attention to safety, quality, and schedule.
