Vice President / Principal, Infrastructure & Energy Private Equity

Madison Hunt is partnering with a leading global investment firm to hire an experienced investment professional for its New York office.

The firm makes large-cap investments across infrastructure and energy, including power, renewables, midstream, utilities, transportation and digital infrastructure. The team is senior and lean, and team members get real responsibility and exposure to leadership from day one.

The successful candidate will work across the full investment cycle: sourcing new opportunities, leading transaction execution, and working with portfolio companies to drive value creation.

Qualifications:

• 6–10+ years of experience in private equity or infrastructure investing, ideally following investment banking

• Track record of closed transactions in infrastructure, energy, power or related sectors

• Experience managing assets after acquisition, with board or portfolio exposure a plus

• Strong financial modeling, judgement and communication skills

• Experience leading and mentoring junior team members
