Summary

DutiesHelpOversee the synchronizing data between human resources/labor, financial/accounting, and clinical workload to ensure unified cost accounting.Responsible for applying DHA cost accounting business rules to validate that all medical expenses are captured, allocated, and reported according to Defense Health Agency and organization standards.Responsible for accuracy of all local MEPRS Codes tables and Organizations cost elements. Complies, reviews, analyzes, and submits all finalized MEPRS data to Defense Health Agency (DHA) and assigned DHA Network.Responsible for assessing the efficiency of MEPRS operations and providing technical advice to BAMC leadership on resource management and organizational productivity.Communicate the organization's strategic plan and milestones to the team, assigning work, and ensuring deadlines for complex analytical reports are met.
