Sourcing and Interview Specialist

Summary

HRG is a boutique, high-touch recruiting firm supporting clients across multiple industries with retained and confidential search work. We operate with a high bar for professionalism, communication, and candidate experience. We're looking for an experienced sourcing and interviewing specialist to support our team on a project basis. The workload is constantly shifting, and preference will be given to those with availability and comfortability with the sway from very little work to almost full-time hours. This is a remote position, and candidates can be located anywhere in the United States; Utah based is preferred. This will be a 1099 position.Basic Function This Sourcing and Interview Specialist will focus on targeted sourcing and outreach across a variety of roles and industries. At times, this role will also take candidates through the prescreen and interview process. You'll partner closely with our recruiting team to build strong pipelines, engage passive talent, and deliver qualified candidates.Key Responsibilities Conduct advanced LinkedIn sourcingExecute personalized outreach campaignsConduct candidate prescreens, interviews, and candidate managementAssess candidate fit based on role requirementsMaintain organized pipelines and timely follow-upRepresent HRG with professionalism in all interactionsRequired Experience/Education Sought 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitingStrong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter searchExperience with candidate interviews and candidate managementComfort with project-based work and the ability to manage multiple projectsHigh attention to detail and strong follow-throughUS-based; able to work during standard US business hours#J-18808-Ljbffr
