Summary

Monitor open sources, alerts, and intelligence feeds to identify risks affecting employees, travelers, facilities, and operations. Produce concise intelligence reports and briefings, support incident response and crisis communications, maintain monitoring platforms and operational datasets, and coordinate with security and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open-source information, news, government alerts, and intelligence feeds for potential risks.
• Track emerging geopolitical, security, environmental, and operational risks and escalate findings.
• Review automated alerts and publicly available online discussions for relevant security or reputational concerns.
• Prepare intelligence summaries, alerts, risk assessments, travel briefings, and post-incident reports.
• Provide situational awareness and communication support during incidents and crisis response.
• Maintain intelligence tools, operational datasets, contact lists, and related procedures.
