MTSI is seeking a Intelligence Analyst – All Sourcewho will provide expertise on current and future foreign systems, capabilities, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:Enhance the development of software tools to Find-Fix-Track ground-based weapons systems using Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities and TTPsIntegrate with software end users at service and joint units to inform improvements to the automated systemCollect, analyze, and exploit data from all available sources to evaluate performance of the system and identify required adjustmentsAuthor comprehensive assessments detailing the results from any analysisDevelop knowledge of the systems and processes (such as Object Management Systems and Object-Based Production) used by the supported communityWork alongside software development teams to provide in-depth target knowledge informing development throughout the DevSecOps cycleRequired:15+ years of related experience experienceExecution of the F2T2EA cycle in a command center or fires cellKnowledge of the F2T technologies and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures relevant to modern warfighting and advanced, mobile systemsFamiliarity with the Air Operations Center and Air Tasking Order processes from an intelligence perspectivePattern of Life (PoL) and Target Signature development and evaluationWork within an Object-Based Production process and an Object Management SystemWork with (or leading) software development efforts to automate portions of the F2T cycleIntegration with Intelligence Community (Title 10 / Title 50 partnerships)Familiarity with multiple Object Management Systems (IC and DoD)Education Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.Clearance Requirements:Current/active Top Secret/SCI; Current or recent DoD SAP accessSubject to a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraphThe pay range for this position is $180,000/year to $220,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
