The individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, owning analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery. This is not a traditional reporting analyst role and requires strong stakeholder management, data analysis, and Agile experience.Day-to-Day:Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Milk Sourcing, and Operations to gather reporting and analytics requirementsTranslate business needs into technical requirements for BI developers and data teamsAnalyze data, validate requirements, investigate data issues, and identify data sourcesOwn and prioritize the BI backlog, participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremoniesCoordinate delivery of Power BI dashboards, reports, data products, and data extractsLead larger analytics projects, including documentation, testing oversight, timeline management, stakeholder communication, and business signoffsSupport compliance, audit readiness, SOP adherence, and documentation in a regulated environment
