Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases. Coordinate and supervise the work of construction crew and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists, providing valuable input into design and implementation processes. Resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timeline or quality. Develop comprehensive reports detailing project progress, costs, and scheduling. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and standards in the healthcare construction industry. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry, specifically within healthcare construction. Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare construction projects from inception to completion or other complex projects. Exceptional knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to meet project goals. Proficient in using construction management software and other relevant computer applications. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Certification in OSHA safety training or equivalent is a plus.
