Job Details Manage high-end commercial interior tenant improvement projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout. Own the budget and schedule on your projects: cost tracking, change orders, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for owners, tenants, and architects, and keep clients coming back. Partner with superintendents and trade partners to deliver a premium finish on schedule and on budget. Drive submittals, RFIs, procurement, and closeout, delivering a clean, client-ready product. Requirements Several years of project management experience on commercial interior tenant improvement work. Real budget ownership on mid-to-large TI projects, not just tracking someone else’s numbers. Genuine Class A corporate, tech, or life-science interior experience.
