Lead major projects that literally change the San Francisco skyline Work with self perform crews, giving you more control over schedule, quality, and outcomes Take on big responsibility, from sizing cranes to running MEP startup through TCO and commissioning Grow with a team that invests in leadership development, mentorship, and paid safety training Join a culture that values safety, craftsmanship, and a positive team environment Job Details Manage day to day field operations, including planning, sequencing, procurement, and subcontractor supervision Promote and enforce jobsite safety, cleanliness, and all safety policies and procedures Build and maintain the project schedule, managing changes in schedule and scope Oversee QA/QC, inspections, and punch list execution through closeout Plan site logistics, hoisting, and vertical transportation, including crane sizing and placement Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of progressive construction experience, including 2+ years as a foreman or 4+ years as an assistant superintendent Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CPM scheduling (P6 or equivalent), and cost reports and change orders Experience working with unions and dispatching OSHA 30 (or BCSP certification) Interested in hearing more?
