Experience managing commercial tenant improvements, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, or large commercial renovations. Ability to lead multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously. Strong knowledge of scheduling, OSHA regulations, and quality control. Comfortable traveling full-time for long-term assignments. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency reading construction drawings and specifications. Preferred Experience Factory or manufacturing facility construction. Industrial or warehouse buildouts. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination.
