Warfighter AI, LLC is seeking a Senior All Source Analyst to anchor a mission-critical team at Fort Meade, MD, supporting the DoW. This role combines hands-on, high-level analytic production with mentorship of junior analysts and leadership in driving AI-enabled innovation across unclassified and classified networks.

What you'll do:

Lead the fusion of multi-INT data (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT) into high-impact, well-sourced intelligence assessments

Brief senior decision-makers and stakeholders, representing the team's analytic findings with authority

Mentor and provide analytic guidance to junior and mid-level analysts, reviewing products for quality and tradecraft

Identify intelligence gaps and shape collection strategy in coordination with collection managers

Drive the adoption of AI/ML tools to modernize analytic workflows, automate triage, and enhance tradecraft on both classified and unclassified systems

Serve as a senior analytic voice in the evaluation and integration of new AI-enabled capabilities, partnering closely with technical teams

What you bring:

10+ years of All Source Analysis experience supporting DoW/IC customers

Bachelor's degree required

Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Polygraph strongly preferred — candidates without one are still encouraged to apply)

Proven track record of mentoring or leading junior analysts

Strong analytic writing and briefing skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders

Demonstrated experience or strong interest in applying AI/emerging tech to intelligence analysis
