✈️ We’re Hiring: Sales Representative- Military Component MRO, Aircraft Parts & FMS

RAM Aerospace & Defense Solutions, an FAA/EASA Part-145 repair station based in Miami, FL, is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to grow our component MRO, aircraft parts, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) business with U.S. military, allied, and defense customers.

RAM specializes in the repair, overhaul, and testing of aircraft components, and in the supply of new, overhauled, and serviceable parts for military aircraft. We hold AS9110C and AS9120B certifications (CAGE 9E1E0).

What you’ll do:

• Sell component repair, overhaul, and exchange services to the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, government agencies, prime contractors, and defense operators
• Sell military aircraft parts (new, overhauled, and serviceable) with full traceability
• Develop and pursue FMS opportunities, working with U.S. implementing agencies (AFSAC, NIPO, USASAC) and allied government customers
• Identify and respond to RFQs, RFPs, and solicitations on DLA DIBBS, SAM.gov, and other procurement platforms
• Prepare quotations by PN/NSN, coordinating pricing, TAT, and lead times with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing
• Develop and manage customer accounts, long-term repair programs, and the sales pipeline
• Build relationships with maintenance depots, logistics centers, primes, and FMS customers
• Represent RAM at customer meetings, trade shows, and defense industry events

What we’re looking for:

• Experience selling MRO services and/or aircraft parts in the military, defense, or aviation aftermarket
• Experience developing programs or projects with the USAF, U.S. Navy, or U.S. Army is highly desired
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases, processes, or customers is a strong plus
• Knowledge of U.S. defense procurement: DLA, DIBBS, SAM.gov, FAR/DFARS
• Familiarity with NSN/CAGE, part traceability (8130-3, CoC), and export compliance (ITAR/EAR)
• An existing network within the U.S. military, defense contractors, or MRO providers is a strong plus
