Job Description

Role Summary:

Seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect (15+ yrs exp) to own executive-level technical strategy across tier-1 healthcare accounts. You will lead multi-cloud data lakehouse migrations (GCP/Azure), data virtualization (Starburst), Facets/HDS schema modernization, and GenAI-driven data integration.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as Principal Architect for Healthcare clients, establishing cloud architecture roadmaps, compliance governance (HIPAA/HITRUST/CMS), and cross-team delivery frameworks.
• Deploy Starburst/Trino semantic layers to decouple business reporting from backend data migrations, enabling zero-downtime transition.
• Architect enterprise GCP/Azure data environments (BigQuery, Dataplex, Synapse, Databricks) and direct progressive migration into target cloud landing zones.
• Lead non-Facets to Facets/HDS data model conversions utilizing GenAI/accelerators (Codeaira) to automate schema mapping, data lineage, and validation rule generation.
• Partner directly with client CDOs, CTOs, and VP-level leaders to align enterprise technology strategies with business deliverables.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 15+ years in IT/Software Engineering, with 8+ years in Principal/Enterprise Architect roles in healthcare.
• Healthcare Mastery: Payer/Provider systems (Claims, Enrollment, Clinical), Facets/HDS conversion patterns, and standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI 837/835/834, ICD-10).

Tech Stack:

• Cloud: GCP (BigQuery, Dataplex, Vertex AI) and/or Azure (Synapse, Databricks).
• Virtualization: Starburst Enterprise / Trino / Presto.
• Data & AI: GenAI code/mapping accelerators, dimensional modeling, metadata-driven pipelines.
