About the role:

• Set the design vision and lead the architecture studio across major projects.
• Direct complex developments across hospitality, resorts, mixed-use, residential communities, and destination-led projects.
• Build strategic relationships with developers, clients, and key industry partners.
• Lead high-level client presentations, project pursuits, and business development initiatives.
• Oversee project teams, driving design quality, technical excellence, and successful delivery.
• Mentor senior staff and help shape the studio's culture, talent, and long-term direction.
• Play a key role in the firm's strategic growth and market presence.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of professional experience
• Registered Architect with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale architectural projects.
• Strong portfolio across hospitality, resorts, mixed-use, residential, or destination developments.
• Established client relationships and a track record of winning work and driving business growth.
• Exceptional design leadership and management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Miami and South Florida market
