Build Market and Customer Insight • Lead customer, analyst, market, and competitive research programs that inform business strategy and uncover opportunities for differentiation. • Develop a deep understanding of mid-market finance buyers, industry trends, customer adoption behaviors, and competitive alternatives. • Translate insights into recommendations that influence product roadmap, packaging, pricing, investment priorities, and GTM strategy. • Serve as the voice of the customer across executive and product leadership teams. Build and Lead a High-Performing Team • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketing leaders responsible for core product, and industry marketing • Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, customer obsession, and commercial impact. • Drive execution across complex workstreams while creating clarity, alignment, and focus across the organization. • Establish scalable PMM processes, operating rhythms, and best practices that support business growth. What You'll Bring Leadership Profile • You think like a general manager, not just a product marketer. You combine market insight, commercial strategy, customer understanding, and execution excellence to create growth. You are equally comfortable discussing long-term business strategy, market opportunity, competitive differentiation, financial performance, and launch execution. Most importantly, you build high-performing teams and align cross-functional organizations to deliver business results. Experience • 10 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including significant leadership experience in mid-market/enterprise software. • Experience marketing ERP, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, operations, or adjacent enterprise software solutions. • Strong understanding of upper mid-market and enterprise buying processes, including multi-stakeholder and global purchasing decisions. • Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution industries, including industry workflows, operational processes, and business challenges. • Proven success defining and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple growth motions, including direct sales, partner ecosystems, and product-led adoption. • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and performance metrics, including pipeline, ARR, adoption, retention, and commercial performance. • Experience influencing product strategy, roadmap priorities, pricing, packaging, and business planning decisions. • Strong track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. • Drive adoption of AI-powered ways of working across the PMM organization to improve productivity, insight generation, and execution quality. Core Capabilities • Strategic and commercial judgment with the ability to connect market opportunities to outcomes. • Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and influence skills. • Expertise in positioning, messaging, category creation, launches, and go-to-market strategy. • Strong leadership capability, both direct and indirect, with the ability to align teams around a common vision. • Proven ability to drive change, lead through ambiguity, and execute at scale. • AI fluency and curiosity, actively leveraging AI tools and workflows to improve effectiveness and accelerate impact. • Ability to develop and communicate compelling narratives across executive audiences, customers, partners, analysts, and employees. • Experience working across direct sales, partner, channel, and VAR ecosystems.
