Security & Access Control

*Monitor individuals entering and exiting the facility

*Monitor for potential security threats

*Conduct bag checks and screening for weapons or prohibited items

Emergency Response

*Respond to security emergencies and safety incidents

*Assist hospital staff during high-risk or disruptive situations

*Work closely with hospital leadership, security teams, and emergency personnel

*Follow established emergency response procedures

*Use hands-on intervention when necessary and permitted by policy if a patient becomes physically aggressive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of armed experience in security, military, or law enforcement
• Previously CJTC-certified
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an Armed Guard Card
• Pass a background check, drug screen, and health physical check
  
  • Complete required Varicella, MMR, and Hepatitis B health requirements
  • If non-immune or low-immune, provide vaccination records or complete the required vaccination process
