Armed Security OfficerCritical Response Protection Group (CRPG) is currently seeking professional and reliable Armed Security Officers to join our team. Our company provides security services to a variety of client sites, and assignments may vary depending on operational needs and client requirements. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate professionalism, strong situational awareness, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.We are actively hiring for this position. However, the role requires individuals who are flexible with scheduling and able to be available on-call for various shifts and hours as assignments arise. Because our work is based on client demand, schedules may change and availability is an important factor for this position. Reliability, communication, and the ability to respond to coverage needs are essential.Typical Responsibilities:Maintain a visible and professional security presence at assigned locationsMonitor site activity and report incidents or suspicious behaviorEnforce site rules and company policies as directed by the client and CRPGConduct routine patrols and maintain awareness of the surrounding environmentProvide clear and timely communication with supervisors and dispatchComplete incident reports and required documentation when necessaryPreferred Qualifications:Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and observation skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to work evenings, weekends, or short-notice assignments when neededReliable transportationCritical Response Protection Group is committed to maintaining professional standards, accountability, and strong client relationships, and we are looking for team members who take pride in providing dependable security services.
