About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented specialist to join our client's team in the industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, and implementing standard work practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance through self-assessments and inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

Requirements

• Ability to focus on the task at hand.
• Experience working with heavy machinery (shop).
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to keep records.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• HS diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Forklift operator certification.
• Previous machine shop or warehouse experience.
• Inventory skills.

Schedule: M-F 8-5 with ability to work OT and occasional weekends
