Summary
Learning how to communicate well in a professional setting is one of the most valuable things you can develop early in your career. In this role, that learning happens every day through real conversations with real clients.
You will start with structured training that covers the products, the enrollment process and how to explain options clearly. From there, you build skills through practice: listening to what clients need, asking the right follow-up questions and walking them through their choices with confidence.
Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility. Your team and coaches work alongside you as you develop, giving feedback and helping you improve how you present information and handle different situations.
Day to day, you will manage a schedule of client appointments, follow up on open cases, document interactions accurately and collaborate with your team to make sure every client gets timely, clear guidance. As your skills grow, so does your ability to take on more responsibility and serve more clients independently.
No insurance experience is needed to start. What matters is your willingness to learn, communicate honestly and stay consistent.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Coral Gables, FL.
