Custom Home Superintendent

Summary

Centurion Selection is partnering with an established luxury residential builder in Miami Beach to appoint an experienced Custom Home Superintendent.

The successful candidate will oversee the construction of two custom residences, each valued at approximately $14 million, located in Miami Beach.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented Superintendent with a proven background delivering high-end, architecturally complex custom homes.

The role requires someone who understands the standards of ultra-luxury residential construction and can confidently manage subcontractors, schedules, quality control and day-to-day site operations across two projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations across two ultra-luxury custom residential projects.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, specialty trades, vendors and material deliveries.
• Maintain construction schedules, monitor progress and proactively address potential delays.
• Ensure exceptional workmanship and quality control throughout every stage of construction.
• Work closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers and designers to resolve construction challenges.
• Review drawings, specifications and construction details to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate inspections, permitting requirements and compliance with local building codes.
• Maintain site safety, organisation and professional standards.
• Manage punch lists, final finishes and project closeout activities.
• Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with the wider project team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering high-end custom residential construction projects.
• Strong preference for candidates who have successfully completed luxury custom homes valued at $5 million or above.
• Excellent understanding of high-end finishes, architectural detailing and specialty trade coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise competing site requirements.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, quality assurance and subcontractor management.
• Experience working with demanding architectural designs and custom specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Previous South Florida luxury residential construction experience strongly preferred.

$150,000–$160,000 base salary, depending on experience and project background.

Additional salary flexibility may be available for candidates with an exceptional track record in ultra-luxury residential construction.
