General Superintendent – High-Rise & Luxury Residential

Miami, FL (Relocators Strongly Encouraged to Apply - Full Relocation Assistance on offer)

Up to $320,000 Package + Company Vehicle/Allowance + Bonus + Full Healthcare + 401(k) + PTO

Are you a High-Rise General Superintendent who’s run the field on major vertical builds, and ready to own field delivery for one of South Florida’s most established luxury multifamily builders?

Do you want to be the senior field leader on high-rise residential projects for a GC with a decades-long reputation and significant backlog, that will genuinely invest in you as a person?

This is a succession hire. The firm is one of the most respected high-rise and luxury-residential builders in South Florida, and its executive team is looking to bring on board another senior leader. You’d lead field delivery end to end on substantial high-rise residential projects (8+ stories), and help steer wider field operations across the division. You’ll be given autonomy and report directly to the VP of Field Operations so this is real field authority, and a genuine path to executive leadership at a company known for employee retention.

Candidate Background, Skills, and Experience

  • Must have experience leading high-rise vertical construction (8+ stories / substantial high-rise residential) projects
  • Must have strong understanding and command of cast-in-place / post-tensioned concrete, structural concrete sequencing, and curtain wall on tower projects
  • Luxury multifamily residential, condo, or mixed-use/podium project experience
  • Must be able to drive quality and schedule through subcontractors and vendors, not a self-perform crew
  • Must have the leadership presence to be the face of the field — client liaison, holding standards, mentoring, and running a safe, professional site
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills, with a team-first attitude
  • Must be willing to be based in South Florida long-term

Training and Development

  • A clear succession path into senior field leadership as the division grows
  • Direct mentorship and collaboration with the VP of Field Operations and senior leadership
  • Exposure to the firm’s most significant and complex high-rise projects
  • A builder that invests in its people and is known for employee retention

Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to $320,000 total package, depending on experience
  • Company Vehicle or Allowance
  • Bonus
  • Full Healthcare Coverage
  • 401(k)
  • PTO
