We are seeking a strategic project leader, not a traditional program manager. Strong candidates should demonstrate:
Leadership of large-scale, complex enterprise programs or portfolios, including application development initiatives from concept through launch and stabilization
Executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, operations, and vendor organizations
Strategic thinking, including governance, prioritization, roadmap development, and organizational change leadership
Financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and business case development
Expertise in risk, issue, dependency, and change management
A track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through transformational initiatives
Consulting experience (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, etc.)
Healthcare industry experience preferred

Is there additional variable compensation? up to 20% bonus structure
