Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer/Assistant Superintendent, ideally within high-rise residential or large-scale multifamily construction.
• Strong background working for a reputable General Contractor on high-value construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of interior finishes, fit-outs, and interior trade sequencing.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring exceptional quality standards.
• Ability to oversee complex interior construction packages from initial installation through final handover.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
