Duties

Leads SMEs in the review, assessment, and refinement of capabilities development strategies, specifications, and plans.

Implements, documents, and controls System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methods.

Assures acquisition plans include user and administrator orientation and training materials.

Leads SME analysis of alternatives (AoAs) for the technical, cost, and schedule implications of alternative approaches.

Leads continuous monitoring and evaluation of project performance against established quality standards, specifications, milestones, and objectives.

Evaluates project management parameters and issues, and documents project plans and milestones for approved cyberspace capabilities programs and/or projects.
