SHINE Systems is looking for an IUSS Subject Matter Expert to join our team.Key Responsibilities 40% local travel between Bethesda and ManassasRequired Qualifications Approximately twelve years of fleet operational experience directly related to ASW operations, systems, and theory; OR a bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution in Mathematics, Physics, Acoustics, or Engineering combined with approximately ten years of fleet operational experience directly related to ASW operations, systems, and theory.Experience working at an IUSS site supporting mission operations.This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract. We are currently building a team of qualified candidates to be proposed for this upcoming project.Compensation & Pay Scale Salary Range: $55,000 to $130,000Determination: The final salary offered will be based on the awarded contract funding and the selected candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.
