Hands-on experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process

Proficiency with PBIS (Program Budget Information System)

Proficiency with Navy ERP, including funds control and financial management

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
