Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

Required Qualifications

• Must currently reside in the Tampa Bay area and be able to work on-site at project locations throughout the region
• 8+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
• Experience managing healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, medical offices, surgery centers, or similar healthcare facilities
• Proven success supervising field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules on commercial construction projects
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and maintaining project milestones in active construction environments
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety requirements, building codes, inspections, and quality control procedures
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or comparable construction management software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

• AHCA healthcare construction experience
• Experience working in occupied healthcare environments
• Experience coordinating ICRA requirements and infection control measures
• Background overseeing projects from site mobilization through punch list and closeout
