What You’ll Do

• Define and own enterprise-wide AI technical architecture, standards, and long-term technology strategy.
• Lead complex, high-impact AI transformations across the organization.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable, distributed AI/ML systems while remaining hands-on with coding.
• Establish enterprise AI governance, responsible AI practices, and ethical AI frameworks.
• Serve as a trusted AI subject matter expert and strategic advisor to executive leadership.
• Drive architectural decisions across cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and AI infrastructure.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide strategic investments in next-generation solutions.
• Mentor senior engineers and AI specialists while developing future technical leaders.
• Promote engineering excellence, scalability, security, reliability, and responsible AI adoption.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI.
• Strong, hands-on Python development expertise.
• Proven experience designing and architecting scalable, distributed AI systems.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, enterprise architecture, and production-scale AI solutions.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and modern software architecture.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale AI initiatives and complex technical transformations.
• Experience establishing AI governance, responsible AI practices, and technical standards.
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, executive communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance long-term technical vision with hands-on engineering execution.
