Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple Superintendents and field teams across large-scale ground-up construction projects.
• Oversee project execution from sitework through completion and final turnover.
• Manage construction schedules, sequencing, logistics, and field coordination to support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead jobsite safety initiatives and ensure teams follow established safety standards.
• Maintain project quality standards and drive consistent schedule performance.
• Conduct subcontractor and field coordination meetings to resolve issues and keep work progressing.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance with codes, inspections, and regulatory requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or in an equivalent field leadership role.
• Ground-up commercial and multifamily construction experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple Superintendents and field teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and leading field meetings.
• Knowledge of building codes, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with mixed-use, senior living, hospitality, retail, hotel, QSR, or restaurant construction.
• Familiarity with project management and field technology platforms.
• Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
• Background working with repeat clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
