Duties

Plans, organizes, and manages ACC M&FRC Programs to strengthen the common Airman/Guardian culture within the Department of the Air Force

Ensures the development and command-wide implementation of M&FRC programs

Participates in the development, coordination, and integration of M&FRC activities across functional areas and among installation and community agencies

As the Air Force expert on the execution of M&FRC programs, provides guidance, conflict resolution, and information to ACC shareholders, base-level M&FRC Flight Chiefs, and Military & Family Readiness Operations team
