This role combines hands-on, high-level analytic production with mentorship of junior analysts and leadership in driving AI-enabled innovation across unclassified and classified networks.What you'll do:Lead the fusion of multi-INT data (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT) into high-impact, well-sourced intelligence assessmentsBrief senior decision-makers and stakeholders, representing the team's analytic findings with authorityMentor and provide analytic guidance to junior and mid-level analysts, reviewing products for quality and tradecraftIdentify intelligence gaps and shape collection strategy in coordination with collection managersDrive the adoption of AI/ML tools to modernize analytic workflows, automate triage, and enhance tradecraft on both classified and unclassified systemsServe as a senior analytic voice in the evaluation and integration of new AI-enabled capabilities, partnering closely with technical teamsWhat you bring:10+ years of All Source Analysis experience supporting DoW/IC customersBachelor's degree requiredActive TS/SCI clearance (CI Polygraph strongly preferred — candidates without one are still encouraged to apply)Proven track record of mentoring or leading junior analystsStrong analytic writing and briefing skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholdersDemonstrated experience or strong interest in applying AI/emerging tech to intelligence analysisReady to bring your seasoned analytic expertise and a forward-leaning approach to AI into a high-impact mission?
