Construction Superintendent - Custom Homes

Summary

Hays is partnered with an established luxury custom homebuilder looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the level of quality, detail and coordination required on custom luxury residential projects.

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering ground-up custom homes in Miami / South Florida
• Strong knowledge of high-end finishes and detailed residential construction
• Ability to manage projects from sitework and structure through interiors and closeout
• Confident managing subcontractors, schedules, inspections and day-to-day field operations
• Strong understanding of Miami-Dade permitting, inspections and local subcontractors
• Someone who takes real ownership of their projects and maintains a high standard of quality
• Strong communication skills when dealing with owners, architects, designers and trades

You’ll be joining a builder focused specifically on luxury custom residential construction, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, planning and delivering complex designs to a high standard.

• Comfortable reading plans, drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and coordination skills
