General Superintendent - High Rise (50 Story)

Summary

I’m working with a leading South Florida General Contractor looking to hire an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the construction of a 50+ story ground-up high-rise in Miami.

This is a major project that needs someone who has already built large-scale high-rise construction and understands what it takes to manage a complex vertical project from the ground through final turnover.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Lead day-to-day field operations on a 50+ story ground-up high-rise
• Manage Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and field staff
• Coordinate large subcontractor teams across all major trades
• Drive structure, MEP, building envelope and interiors
• Manage vertical logistics, sequencing and manpower
• Drive the construction schedule and key project milestones
• Lead subcontractor and field coordination meetings
• Oversee safety, QA/QC and inspections
• Work closely with the Project Executive, PM team and design consultants
• Take the project through punch, closeout and final turnover

What they’re looking for:

• Proven Senior / Lead Superintendent experience
• Strong background delivering ground-up high-rise construction
• Experience with 50+ story projects strongly preferred
• Strong structural and vertical concrete knowledge
• Experience managing complex MEP systems and high-end finishes
• Ability to lead large field teams and subcontractor groups
• South Florida high-rise experience preferred
