Proposed site sites include the relocation of an existing groundwater treatment facility and associated monitoring wells and subsurface infrastructure. The site is subject to a RCRA Consent order, issued by the Environmental Protection Agency and enforced by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ). The client has obtained approval from the VDEQ to execute the relocation of existing groundwater treatment facilities on site, including relocation of an existing NOVEC electric distribution line, as relocation is required to develop the proposed datacenters.
The Early Works On-Site Project Lead oversees the planning, compliance, and progress of the Groundwater Treatment Facility Relocation General Contractor.
