This role is crucial for maintaining a secure environment for employees and visitors, preventing unauthorized access, and promptly responding to incidents.Responsibilities:Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premisesPerform regular inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secureReport any suspicious activities, security breaches, or hazards to the appropriate authoritiesRespond promptly to alarms or incidents, and provide assistance as necessaryMaintain clear and concise logs of daily activities, incidents, and observationsAssist with crowd control and ensure orderly conduct during events or emergenciesProvide excellent customer service to employees and visitorsRequired skills:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in security or a related field is preferredStrong observational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectivelyMust be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background check
