Summary

ResponsibilitiesProvide consulting services for the built environment; perform pre‑construction, during‑construction, and post‑construction condition assessments, specialized testing, forensic investigations, and other facilities‑related services.Interact with senior staff on various facilities‑related projects.Monitor project processes for performance and budgetary conditions.Handle client invoicing and manage budget proposals and invoices.Prepare reports and proposals.Interface with clients regarding project‑specific issues and development.Attend project site meetings and assist with resolving technical and administrative problems.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree from an ABET‑accredited college or university in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or a related field.0–2 years of related experience.Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license is a substantial advantage.ECS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
