NOW HIRING: Child Care Teachers | Richmond, VA

Are you passionate about early childhood education and creating a positive, engaging learning environment for children? I'm currently recruiting for 3 Child Care Teacher positions in Richmond, VA!

Location: Richmond, VA 23298

Pay: $18–$22/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7.5-hour shifts between 6:00 AM–8:00 PM

Employment: 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity

✅ Qualifications:

• Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate highly preferred!
• Minimum of 2 years of formal childcare experience
• High school diploma/GED with relevant early childhood education coursework, an associate degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years
• Experience with infants and toddlers (6 weeks–2 years) is a plus!
• Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia educational approach is preferred

✨ What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Track developmental progress and communicate with parents
• Collaborate with fellow educators to encourage growth and learning
