Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Recruiter with deep expertise in research-based sourcing for Digital Application, Data & AI skills stack. As an individual contributor and subject matter expert, you will lead talent acquisition efforts to identify and attract top-tier technical professionals, supporting our strategic growth in cutting-edge technology domains.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in technical recruiting, specifically in Modern Apps Skills, Data Science, Digital Applications, AI or related skills
• Strong research and sourcing skills, including use of advanced tools and techniques to identify passive candidates
• Deep understanding of Digital, Modern App Technologies, Data and talent landscape
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for niche and hard-to-fill roles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions efficiently

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with ATS and CRM tools
• Knowledge of the latest trends in AI, Data, and Digital Innovation
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Certifications in recruiting or HR (e.g., AIRS, SHRM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research-based sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates in Digital Application Skill Stack, Data & AI.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing plans
• Conduct in-depth candidate research, outreach, and engagement
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and talent market dynamics
• Manage candidate experience and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring teams to improve sourcing methodologies and processes
