This opportunity will lead the design, development, and operation of the enterprise data and reporting platform. This role is responsible for managing BI developers and data warehouse engineers while driving the architecture and delivery of scalable data models, ETL pipelines, and advanced analytics solutions. The ideal candidate has deep experience in SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage BI developers and data warehouse engineers.Architect and oversee enterprise data warehouse using SQL Server and Azure.Design and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SSIS.Develop dimensional data models for reporting and analytics.Build and manage Tableau dashboards and datasets.Support Power BI reporting initiatives.Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.Ensure data quality, governance, and security.Collaborate with teams integrating LOS, Salesforce, and vendor data.Support executive reporting and analytics needs.Qualifications7+ years BI/Data experience2+ years leadershipStrong SQL Server and T-SQLAzure Data Factory / ETL experienceTableau expertiseData modeling experiencePreferredPower BI experienceAzure Synapse or FabricFinancial services experienceAbout CGS Business Solutions:CGS specializes in IT business solutions, staffing and consulting services.
