The role supports the continued evolution of Kawneer's analytics capabilities through technologies such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, Copilot-enabled analytics, and other emerging intelligence capabilities.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Design, develop, and maintain analytics, intelligence, and visualization solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.Create dashboards, KPIs, semantic models, and analytical experiences that improve how business information is consumed and understood.Leverage AI-assisted analytics, self-service capabilities, and modern Microsoft technologies to improve insight generation and analytical productivity.Partner with business stakeholders to translate business questions into meaningful analytical solutions and actionable insights.Improve the accessibility, consistency, quality, and trustworthiness of enterprise data and intelligence assets.Support and enhance Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related analytics platforms.Evaluate emerging analytics, visualization, and AI capabilities and apply them where they provide measurable business value.Also note:Analytics and intelligence solutions become more intuitive, flexible, and widely adopted.Business users gain faster access to meaningful information and insights.Self-service and AI-assisted analytics capabilities expand across the organization.Enterprise data and intelligence assets become more consistent, scalable, and valuable.Analytics and visualization capabilities continue to evolve in support of Kawneer's digital transformation.QualificationsYou have:Associate's degree or 5 years of experienceExperience designing and delivering business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and data visualization solutions.Strong experience with Power BI and modern data visualization practices.Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure analytics services, cloud analytics platforms, or similar technologies required.Experience leveraging AI-assisted analytics, Copilot capabilities, analytical automation, or emerging intelligence technologies.Strong understanding of data modeling, semantic models, KPI development, reporting architecture, and visualization best practices.Strong analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder engagement, and data storytelling skills.Curiosity and enthusiasm for modern analytics, visualization, and AI capabilities, with a desire to continuously improve how business information is delivered and consumed.Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
