Incumbents in this classification perform a full range of assignments related to the field of mental health services that include, but are not limited to biopsychosocial assessments, multidisciplinary treatment team participation, and discharge planning. ARROWHEAD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER Located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in Colton, California (50 miles east of Los Angeles), Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit, 456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital houses a regional burn center serving four counties (San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono and Inyo), a comprehensive stroke center, level I trauma center and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Additionally, ARMC operates five community-based, primary care clinics and over 40 specialty care outpatient services. ARMC is the primary teaching hospital for the adjacently located California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM), the Inland Empire's newest medical school.

Shift Availability: Candidates selected for these positions must be available to work ten (10) hour work days in a four (4) day work week. Shift start times range from 7:00am to 8:30am.
Certification: Candidates chosen for this position must obtain a valid Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification before their start date, and maintain this certification throughout their employment.

Minimum Requirements Licensed Clinical Therapist Candidates must maintain and posses one of the following licenses:
Clinical Social Worker License : Must be licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Indicate license number and expiration date on the Supplemental Questionnaire.
-OR- Marriage and Family Therapist License : Must be licensed in the State of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Indicate license number and expiration date on the Supplemental Questionnaire.
-OR- Professional Clinical Counselors License : Must be licensed in the State of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Indicate license number and expiration date o n the Supplemental Questionnaire.
*NOTE: A copy of your license is required upon appointment.
Desired QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have experience working in behavioral health within a hospital setting or within an acute care facility.
