Performs unskilled and semi-skilled manual work involving the maintenance of public facilities and streetscape installations in the downtown Orlando area.
Duties include minor hardscape repair utilizing bricks and pavers, installing and removing banners, and removal of debris and litter when needed.
WORK HOURS: 7:00am to 4:00pm
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions. Six (6) months experience with working in sidewalk construction or installing pavers preferred. A valid Florida Driver’s License is required . Must meet physical and environmental demands of working outdoors in all weather conditions for most of the day; exposure to insects, chemicals, and traffic fumes; danger of working in public right-of-way; and performing demanding physical labor. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be comfortable working on ladders.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
